Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of embroidered items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part. We take pride in our quality and carefully review each order before stitching. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at jennifer@beyond985.com so we can assist you. Please ensure all spellings of names and initials are correct before purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All sales are final!

To be eligible for a return for any errors on our end only:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any errors on our end.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds. We will happily remake any items that are wrong due to our mistakes. Please email us with any questions at jennifer@beyond985.com. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While rare, packages can sometimes be lost or damaged during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, we will do our best to work with the carrier to locate your package. If you believe your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of your estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
