Processing Time:
- Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and embroidered before shipment. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your design and order volume.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs and budget. You can choose your preferred option during checkout. Here are some options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Rush Order Processing: For an additional $35 fee, we can prioritize your order and expedite processing within 4 business days (subject to availability). Standard or expedited shipping rates will apply. Please add during checkout.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. You can track your package's progress through the carrier's website.
