Due to the custom nature of all items in my shop, I purchase blanks very quickly after orders are placed. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

Once your order is placed, it will be created exactly as purchased. I cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate size changes, color changes, or monogram changes after checkout. Etsy does not provide a way to edit an order once it has been submitted, and messages requesting changes can easily be missed during high order volume.

To avoid errors, I no longer rely on handwritten notes or message reminders, as this is not feasible with the number of orders my shop receives. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
